Arjun, a prominent face in Indian pop music, is known for his hit tracks in both Pop and Bollywood. Having collaborated with major music labels nationwide, he founded One Mind Music, aiming to globalize Indian music and artists. With over 30 million Spotify listeners last year, Arjun is a household name. Besides music, he enjoys travel, anime, and has a keen interest in watches.
Arjun is also a co-founder of One Mind Tech, a technology start-up which creates innovative music tech.

Originally from Bhopal, Shivanshu, a.k.a Nemo, is an original member of One Mind Music and a vital part of our team. As a seasoned music producer and artist, he collaborates with Arjun, producing hit music and touring together. Nemo's expertise spans various facets of the music creation process. Beyond music, his interests include gaming, cars, and enjoying Maggi Magic Masala on his rotis.

Operations manager & Accounting Officer

Sarvesh is our indispensable all-rounder and expert manager. Passionate about the music business, he skillfully handles accounts, contracts, and excels in live performance management, including organizing shoots and tours, from Punjab to Japan. Currently finishing his MBA, he enjoys ballads, Bigg Boss and playing cricket with the team every Wednesday.

Senior Creative Designer

Carla, a top model in India for over a decade and originally from Cape Town, South Africa, is an expert in the fashion industry. Now calling India her home, she brings a wealth of fashion knowledge and a unique industry perspective. Carla mentors our artists, helps them brand themselves and is actively involved in producing, directing, and editing music videos.

A&R and Social Media Manager

Nihal Ahmed, a passionate singer/songwriter from Mangalore now based in Mumbai, is deeply devoted to Pop music. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Nihal dedicates his time to practicing singing, reviewing demos, and has adeptly taken on the role of managing social media for One Mind. His hard work and adaptability shine in every task he undertakes. He likes BGMI, dogs and Darshan Raval.

Senior AnR and label co-ordinator, 1M Marathi

Nishaad is a composer, music producer, singer and mix engineer based out of Mumbai. He has had his formal training in Hindustani Classical Music in vocals and Electronic Music Production from KM Music Conservatory, Chennai. He has been actively working as a composer, singer and a music producer for feature films in the marathi and the hindi film industry, plays and ad commercials.

Creative Assistant

The latest member of the One Mind team and an avid fan of DHH, Kartik brings a keen interest in social media and a quick-learning, energetic approach. He actively assists our artists with their release plans and plays a key role in managing our live shows. Our go-to-person for all things Hip hop, he is a big fan of Indian acts like Krshna and Seedhe Maut.

Audit and Consultancy

Anil and Kashmira Dandekar are both successful charted accountants with decades of experience. The dynamic husband-wife duo have handled Arjun’s personal and business accounts for over a decade.
Anil also is an experienced cricket umpire, with domestic and international experience.

Board of Directors, co-CFO

Sheila Kanungo, a key figure at One Mind Music and a stakeholder, is the big picture person at One Mind Music and helps visualise One Mind’s macro decisions. A former Indian representative and Commonwealth Games medallist in pistol shooting, she remains actively involved in the sport.

Legal

Managing Partner of LexLoft Legal Advisory LLP, has achieved significant milestones in both corporate law and litigation. Transitioning from a career as a music producer, Palash now dedicates his legal expertise to overseeing the intricacies of the music industry. He is also Counsel for Union of India and Indian Railways.

Discord Server Manager

Sourabh, a tech and esports aficionado, began his career as a community manager in 2020. He's now thriving in his dream role at IGC (Indian Gaming Community), focusing on media and content creation, while also aspiring to be a Full-stack developer. If you're into Indian Pop, Desi rap, Crypto, Esports, or Marvel, and enjoy a good cup of chai, he's your go-to for a great conversation.

Junior Social Media Manager
